本学特別主幹教授であり、CTRのTourism & SportsユニットサブリーダーのDr. Gordon Walker (University of Alberta) が、カナダのレジャー学機関Canadian Association for Leisure Studiesの「CALS Leisure Scholar Award 2018」を受賞しました。これは、同分野において優れた功績を収めたカナダの研究者に贈られる名誉ある賞です。Walker教授が近年取り組んでいる、レジャーにおける文化的差異に関する研究活動が評価されました。
